These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Zim y Zum Play Café reservation, event, birthday, membership, and gift card services. By using the service, you accept these terms in full.
2. Reservations and Availability
Playground, workshop, and birthday reservations are subject to availability, capacity, operational rules, and staff confirmation. Customers must provide accurate contact and attendee information.
3. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Payments are processed through authorized providers. Cancellations, changes, credits, and refunds are handled according to the policy active at the time of purchase and applicable Peruvian consumer protection rules.
4. Gift Cards and Memberships
Gift cards and memberships are valid for the period and balance stated at purchase. Balances are not redeemable for cash unless required by applicable law.
